This is a 5.7km trip perfect for any level entries. If you haven't tried kayaking before this is a perfect place to start. During canoeing our upper body gets most of the workout and it will improve your upper body strength.
On the arrival we'll provide you with short safety instruction. If you want to hire a wetsuit, gloves and wet shoes is additional 10 euro charge. Otherwise you should bring a towel and extra clothes to change. Bare in mind that the weather is getting colder so we advise you all to bring warm and cozy clothes to change after this trip. There is a changing facility and a safe place where to leave your belongings.
