Kayak Paddles Sea Low Angle (CARBON)

Kayak Paddles Sea Low Angle (CARBON)

Description
This low angled narrow blade with soft dihedral and fine edges glides smoothly through the water. The excellent buoyancy in the blades minimises the energy used for each stroke making it ideal for long distance sea touring. These blades are made from Carbon RTM and are both lightweight and strong.

Blade
RTM Carbon Blades: Beautiful, light-weight and strong
A brand new range of high quality, performance paddles. The new, light-weight RTM carbon blades offer top class performance and feel. With a beautiful glossy finish, RTM Carbon paddles inherit the strength, endurance and a full years warranty for which Ainsworth is renowned. The new Resin Transfer Moulded (RTM) blades achieve their performance through a high-tech manufacturing process, which uses vacuum, pressure-injected moulding to produce blades having the same strength but much lower weight than with traditional techniques.

Shaft
This paddle is available with the following shaft options:
Straight Carbon Shaft
Made with Ainsworth filament wound technology - significantly lighter than other shafts on the market. This shaft comes Our standard grip which is a shrink PVC coating, and all paddles include an index on the control side to give positive blade positioning - especially helpful when setting up for a roll.
Two Part Split Carbon Shaft:
The two part split shaft is available only in the touring range and only with a straight shaft, the carbon option comes with multi–angle, telescopic (10cm) camlock fitting. Salt water resistant fittings.
Cranked Carbon Shaft
Lightweight and strong cranked carbon composite shaft with integral sculpted index grip for greater comfort and a more positive feel. This shaft is different to most cranked shafts on the market as it has a large grip area at the crank allowing you the paddler to adjust your grip to your paddling style.

Delivery within 4-5 workings days from payment receipt. Free within Dublin area, rest of Ireland for extra charge. Collection possible from Swords.
